SNACO management will make sure everyone adheres to the safety policies essential in preventing accidents and job related illnesses in work areas; protect its properties and resources from undue damage and loss. It will afford employees sufficient resources in their stay to include but not limited to accommodation, potable drinking water, first aid facilities and other services according to contract.
The required safety orientation for new and transferred employees shall be provided covering the topics recommended by Saudi Aramco and as required in its safety program prior to work deployment.
To assure competency, employees including managers and supervisors shall be allowed to take safety training courses and access to safety information available from all sources including Saudi Aramco publications. It is imperative to conduct frequent safety meetings to discuss and resolve safety issues by themselves and the supervisory staff to ensure safety aspects are thoroughly assimilated to the fore and applied to the most.
Safety as an integral part of operations shall complement an equal input for the success of any business venture. In resolving work issues, every employee must accept personal responsibility; supervisors are to constantly monitor their operational area and observe safety behavior of his employees as well as the condition of workplaces under its premises. Any unsafe behavior must be timely corrected and condition systematically rectified. Management will routinely engage with all employees, listen to their difficulties, commend all good safety habits and criticize constructively all bad safety habits and encourage all employees to permanently remove complacency.
Management depends on all employees to work safely and to take care of their fellow workers. Teamwork is critical to allow all employees go home safely and all safety information communicated and aligned the way throughout our activities to achieve our desired goal; an incident and injury free company.
